As we enter a new space age, Christian Juul Nielsen turned to the images of the original NASA astronauts and their wives for the inspiration of his upcoming SS22 collection for AKNVAS. While women are thankfully no longer waiting at home for their husbands to return, Nielsen created a pastel world of separates, dresses, knitwear, and outerwear that is perfect for any adventure whether it be downtown for dinner or an upstate getaway. For the men’s collection, cotton shirting and nylon are emphasized with rope details and reflective patches.
