With pride, we announce the debut of our Poppy collection; an assortment of mix-and-match pieces. Drawing on inspiration from old black and white photos from civil ceremonies of years past, the collection is an homage to the popular fashions of the 1960s. Outfitted in satin, organza and lace, Poppy offers a wide variety of styles curated for the fashion-forward bride.

A large selection of dress silhouettes abounds, including a smart blazer, a swingy cape-style sheath and a sleek A-line mini. Crop tops are intended to be coupled with a matching skirt or pant. Ruffles and bows are plentiful throughout the collection as are opportunities to accessorize with our silk hair-sashes and headbands. Fingertip veils are introduced to pair with the shorter dresses. Each accessory is crafted using remaining fabric to ensure that the production is sustainably minded. The made-to-order collection allows brides the unique opportunity to achieve the refined, elevated aesthetic of Alexandra Grecco while sporting our new silhouettes generally not seen in bridal.

“As wedding ceremonies often became smaller in 2020, I grew intrigued by the idea of expanding the scope of our offerings to accommodate these intimate affairs. Mod-inspired cuts from the 1960s felt fresh and a bit inspired for bridal, and I quickly found myself designing into these new styles. Poppy will feature the same luxe fabrications and the wide array of customizations options that Alexandra Grecco has become known for. The pieces, alongside our gowns, are sustainably produced in New York City’s Garment District.
