Nature’s beauty and diversity have always been a rich source of inspiration for Carolina K’s collections. From sky constellations to desert animals to rain forests, our Resort 2021 collection is all about prints and textures that convey our desire to connect with the natural world. Key sustainable and noble materials for the season include alpaca, organic cotton, cupro, and linen.
Carolina K has been a pioneer in working with artisans around the globe for the last 15 years. The making of this collection offered employment for over 300 artisans worldwide, while helping save an endangered craft.
Statement hats are handmade in Ecuador, hand-embroidered and macramé styles made in Oaxaca, Mexico, with ponchos and shoes made in Peru; including this season’s new ‘Rue’ reversible cape and ‘Offbeat’ mules.
Our swimwear collection is inspired from our best-selling dresses, reflecting key season prints in both, one and two-piece styles, designed in ECOCEAN® - recycled polyester making its production better for the environment by using post consumer plastic waste.
