KoH T FALL WINTER 2021
COSMIC DUAL FORCES - MINUS - FW21 CONCEPT
Urban Oriental Luxury
Drawing from the principles of the Yin and Yang from the Orient, KoH T focused on the mantra "everything in this world by nature is beautiful."
Inspired by the ceramic art of Hon'ami Koetsu, a Japanese craftsman in the 1500s, KoH T designed craft-like pieces using black Japanese paper for familiar utilitarian designs. This collection embodies urban luxury with profound undertones from the deep black, layered fabric and functionality grounded by craftsmanship.

Urban Oriental Luxury
Hon’ami Koetsu is an artist who had a significant impact on Japanese culture. He loved traditional culture and influenced it with his painting style. What KoH T and Koetsu have in common is that they both seek to produce the highest quality product by designing familiar things with innovative ideas.
Creating craftsmanship and new technology in a luxurious style
This collection uses hand-made black Japanese paper and sustainable denim with 90% water cut. The jackets of the denim series are processed by washing with deep sea water. Furthermore, the nylon outer series uses nylon made from recycled fishing nets.
