The year 2020 was full of sorrow, worry, and injustice, Lorén designed a vibrant and colorful collection to serve as a reminder that there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Inspired by her travels, she drew inspiration from the gem of the Virgin Islands, St. Croix. The crystal clear waters, white sandy beaches, rolling green hills, and the colorful buildings of the Twin Cities, provided the perfect color inspiration for this tropical collection.

The Kristian Lorén brand is ready for New York Fashion Week. This season, the Kristian Lorén brand partnered with other designers of color to highlight their products in the Kristian Lorén 2022 Spring/Summer look book. Lorén says, “I believe the more we partner and collaborate together, the stronger we are as a force to ignite more opportunities for designers of color.”

The look book features Coco & Breezy Eyewear from the famous identical twin disc jockeys and producers, Coco & Breezy. The jewelry for the collection is from We Dream in Colour and also from BR Designs. The Lorén team partnered with local establishments on location in St. Croix to film the look book and promotional video. “St. Croix is close to my heart, it is our hope to help generate tourism with our look book by giving credit to the island.

The front welt pockets in the combination trim serves both style and functionality. The robe is accompanied with a sash belt to create a blouson to highlight waist and to provide a closure option.
