This season, Sabrina Zeng introduces a fresh perspective with the launch of her 2021 accessories collection 1 inspiring rebirth. Through a storyline that invites you to go free, the collection is designed to encourage you to reemerge into the world as your truest self.

The collection aligns with Zeng’s signature pleated design style with timeless yet unique pieces that allow for self-exploration in confidence and comfort. It features some of the New York-based designer’s favorite styles including the CHIAROSCURO weekend tote and INFINITY shoulder bag, as well as introduces the new CHIAROSCURO Hammock bag. Each bag is named after a zip code, featuring original pleat designs.

Building on the LA VIDA collection, the color scheme of the season plays through hues of olive and taupe, deepening its authority with accents of cobalt blue and a touch of camel. Zeng was inspired by what can only be described as a vision. “I remember I took a picture of a bird-shaped cloud last year and thought “Phoenix/Rebirth”. For my 2021 accessories collection 1, I wanted to capture the essence of what makes us unique and invite everyone to explore and evolve. Come walk with us, come dance with us, come dream with us”, says the designer.

True to the spirit of this collection, the campaign features an inspiring cast of multidimensional creators and artists, staring Ying Xin, Chinese-American principal dancer at Martha Graham, Jenee-Daria Strand, feminist art curator at Brooklyn Museum, and Evangeline Sarney, Makeup Tips Digital founder. Zeng celebrates everyone who dares to be themselves, who chooses to deal with the discomfort in growth, and will continue to inspire all to simply be. Enter, Rebirth. This collection is now available to shop with a second drop expected to launch in Aug/Sept.
