Birthed out of the lack of innovation in menswear, it was important to make a statement through the reimagining of African silhouettes & textures, utilizing brighter shades of colors, unique and refined trims to create a truly diverse blend for the Vrede919 man’s wardrobe.

Working together with local artisans to bring our dream to life, our vision is to create a global community by connecting Africans worldwide to their creativity, inventiveness & heritage.

Vrede919’s vision grew and launched with the principle of creating unity for all Africans. By disrupting the lines of segregation we build community through re-imagined narratives and by creatively supporting a positive and forward-thinking connection to heritage.

Vrede919’s success helps us to support our sustainable production materials and techniques in addition to our children’s education initiatives such as our 919 Scholars Program. Our focus on job creation allows us to provide resources for the youth of Nigeria to enhance their God-given, natural skills and gifts.
