For their FW21 collection, Bevza is focusing on the significance of female strength. Throughout history, women have moved from the concept of ‘muse’ to world leaders and mitigating essential political issues.
Historically speaking, women’s rights were not taken into account until the late 20th century but in ancient Ukraine, the region was ruled by knyahynya Olga, also known as Olga of Kiev (c.890-925), who, remains to this day a great source of pride for the Ukrainian people. Possessing a tremendous ability for strategic ideation and forward thinking actions, Olga was an exemplary prototype for the modern woman.
The Fall 2021 collection represents unique feminine power. It’s not about equality, it's about the fact that in addition to stunning female beauty, women possess courage and strength.
A focal point of this season collection is the headdress of regent Olga of Kiev. A sculptural Balaclava that symbolizes the grace, beauty and undeniable fortitude of women everywhere
