Emergence capsule 2023
Each year, I gather the courage to face activities that deeply disturb me. Recently, I turned my attention to trypophobia, an unsettling phenomenon that affects various aspects of my life. Strangely, I view it as an essential part of my personal development. While brainstorming ideas for my upcoming collection, this idea took shape in my mind. I wanted to blend this exploration with my own process of healing. I realized that irregular circles and clusters of holes trigger a strong sense of discomfort in me. Every intricate detail and pattern included in the collection symbolizes these fears in a powerful way. Rather than avoiding our fears, the aim of this collection was to confront them boldly, using fashion as an expressive and therapeutic medium. Those who wear the pieces accompany me on this transformative journey. Although our past traumas may never completely fade away, we stride forward with determination to redefine their impact on our lives.
