“La Nouvelle Mosaique” (the New Mosaic) is a modern fashion interpretation of an ancient popular art form, Mosaic Art. The color palette is exceptionally vibrant, with its focal colors being Tyrian purple, Goldenrod, Cobalt Blue, and Jungle green. The 28 womenswear Looks are constructed of luxurious signature prints of velvet, sateen, jersey, and poignant contemporary mosaic art knits. An exquisite composition of; dresses, skirts, tops/sweaters, pants, outerwear, and evening wear in sumptuous colorways and designs that mimic abstract forms/objects, irregular pieces of colored stone, glass, and ceramics.
The brand takes a major strategic step forward with launching a menswear capsule collection - the new Dur Doux Homme in collaboration with Andrew Nowell. This foray into menswear with DC designer Andrew Nowell has been in the making for a few years now. Nowell’s menswear design esthetic perfectly aligns with Dur Doux’s signature of luxe fabrications, vibrant, fun, and colorful designs. The inspiration behind Dur Doux Homme was to interpret the lifestyle of the well-dressed, style-savvy, contemporary man. What would a day in the life of a ‘Dur Doux’ man look like as a reflection of his wardrobe? The menswear collection is elegant, full of swag, easy to wear with a casual feel. All of the pieces were designed to be interchangeable throughout the collection.
