pre SS`23
The collection is inspired by Ukrainians and the way they gracefully deal with the unimaginable horrors of war. Since February 2022, every Ukrainian became a warrior in their own way: some took up weapons, while others keep fighting in their own way – donating money to military and charities, preparing food for soldiers, sewing camouflage nets, or organizing volunteer work. No matter what they do, they all fight for the same thing after all, not necessarily with a weapon in their hands. People go to work and dress nicely in their civilian clothes, but nevertheless, they all fight too because war affects everyone. The admiration of the spirit and strength of these people and the culture that brought them up became a leitmotif of the whole collection, putting together traditional Ukrainian embroidery, homages to the military uniform, and signature LITKOVSKA silhouettes.
