Lucas Circello

Lucas Circello is a queer designer with a focus on gender-neutral apparel. They were born and raised in rural New Jersey and developed multiple-disciplinary skillsets through their exploration of fine art. Fostering the ideology that there is an inherent convergence of art in fashion. Circello's designs are intrinsically woven with self-identity, sociological paradigms, contemporary media, and art movements of the past. Having recently graduated Summa Cum Laude from Jefferson University with a BS in Fashion Design, Circello has decided to further their education in the MS field of International Fashion Design Management and Entrepreneurship. Through study abroad opportunities in Paris and Italy, and having held internships at Proenza Schouler and Tommy Hilfiger, Circello has gained unique global perspectives and a sense of design that is intentional, and bold. Aspiring to redefine the line between unconventional and timeless.

Circello received the 2021 Fashion Design Faculty Award for Design Excellence for their collection 'Haus of Camp'.
