Founded in 2015, Sadé + Shaniya is a fashion & lifestyle brand by Sadé Lewis and Shaniya Charles, best friends since high school. They mesh their differing personalities and personal aesthetic to create an accessible approach to high fashion and ready to wear. They stay true to their brand and their personal values through their vulnerability in storytelling and friendship. Their deep devotion to clothing design only represents the beginning of a journey that leads to a much larger vision centered around creativity, innovation, womanhood, and culture.

What's Our Story?
Throughout Sadé’s career, she’s overseen the management of clothing production from post development through delivery. She has fostered relationships with numerous manufacturing facilities and factories across the globe. Her professional roles have nurtured a high level of communication and efficiencies in such operations. Sadé’s personal pursuits include studying spatial and experiential design. As a professional textile colorist, Shaniya eloquently conveys the exact mood and design theory intended from the product. Through her work, she’s honed in on the psychological and visual stimulation of color. Her expertise in color extends through her knowledge of fabrication and textile production. Shaniya enjoys the essences of art including music, photography, and poetry. To know Sadé & Shaniya is to know that they are passionate about connection; they work with intention and meaning. Their creativity comes from their personal journey as Black Women and is inspired by their friendships, cultures, and experiences.
