Cultivated by New York-based Artist & Designer Chuks Collins, the collection is inspired by his diverse background and upbringing, integrating the sleek lines of New York streets with the fractal geometric shapes and colors of ancient and current-day Nigeria – a country that had a large influence on the designer’s childhood, and is often an inspiration for his designs, as he taps into his ancestry and the vivid memories of childhood.
Inconvenient, uncomfortable, restrictive designs are on their way out, and sleek, ergonomic fashion that reflects the dynamic modern person is the way forward. The TASOU collection is for those who see the world as somewhere to be explored, traversed, seized, and embodied, and the pieces from this brand will ease you on your journey of life.
