In this collection threeASFOUR explores the optical illusion of the Vesica Piscis - the “womb of the Universe”. The Vesica Piscis is represented in sacred geometry as the Dyad, and in Eastern symbolic systems as the Yin and Yang. It also can be viewed as masculine and feminine aspects of the greater whole.
The timeless symbolism of the Vesica Piscis and the dynamic cycle of birth and destruction is represented by the opposition of black & white and the optical illusion of line.
