Dreamt in Abundance
Dreamt in Abundance is my graduate collection based on the realities of memory and loss, straddling the intersection of past and present. Although it started with the memories of my grandmother, the patterns driven by the physical shape of her memory and the patterns based on her experience of London, it quickly became more: it is honouring the need for society to remember the lives lived and the lives lost through the virus.
The collection sits in a digital space to provide opportunities for engagement that is not limited by geography or health. Instead, this collection can be enjoyed from home, and explored just as many of us have taken time this year to return to video games to take our time indoors. Much like remembering a loved one, the experience is fluid with potential, providing a space for both comfort and melancholy.

Building a digital world was a chance to address the Loneliness Syndrome and create an experience not limited by geography. Future collections will be added, with the world gradually changed with collaborations, acting both as archive and expansion of the brand beyond the physical fashion.
An homage to a life lost
The collection started with the sensory memories of my Yiayia - swirls of burning frankincense, marks of scorched oranges in the oven, and the gradually dissolving London landscape. Her story is etched into every element, but it is the comfort of her memory that informed shape, texture, and journey.
Behind the Scenes: Collection Walkthrough
Embracing the reality and opportunity of my digital collection, I built a digital showroom in Unreal Engine that can be explored as a third-person experience giving each individual the time to inspect the editorial photos and videos at their leisure. Feel free to email me for access to the space.
