In 2021, JUNNY debuted, MAMA, her first NYFW Collection.

MAMA paid homage to her mother, a seamstress, and celebrated women who embody a nurturing spirit.

The Collection received glowing reviews. W Magazine named JUNNY as one of the top emerging talents for 2022. JUNNY’s designs ignite a real conversation about heritage, race, culture, and inclusion in fashion.

This past Christmas, JUNNY traveled to Jamaica to visit her family, recharge, and find inspiration. During the trip, recollections of growing up with a single mom filled her heart. Memories of their struggles and the need to be resolute, prevailed.

The new capsule collection continues the conversation with JUNNY’s Yaad as the backdrop.

The visual presentation pays homage to Yaad culture and dance hall music. Big Up!!!

Inspiration is taken from Jamaica's music scene of the 1970s, rhythms from the ghetto, lyrics from the street, and JUNNY’s Brother — a righteous yet complicated Rasta Man. He embodies the struggle and the hope for redemption.
