The Resort 2023 Marchesa Couture Collection draws inspiration from the romance and beauty of the changing seasons, starting with Winter and Spring. Dusted in snow and frost - winter is ice, thunderous clouds, wild winds and quiet, crisp air, giving a powerful, yet cool mood to the collection as seen in color, print and silhouette. A youthful, gently warming breeze, luxuriously blossoming trees and bucolic meadows, brooks flowing with fresh water and brilliant new life is Spring. We see these notes in embroidery, frothy draping, trickling vine fabrications and painterly, dreamy brushstrokes.

Swirling metallic pleated fabric adorns a body-skimming silhouette like rushing water, melting into spring brooks. A morning dew rose gold fully embroidered illusion gown glistens. Thunderous drape, print and colors are seen in both flattering fishtail and easy to wear ballgown silhouettes. Sculptural, yet soft shapes are seen in molded looks, with billowing sleeves reminiscent of soft layers of snow, following the contours of nature. Gentle wintery pastels such as delicate seafoam, light lemon, blush, dusty blue and mint as seen next to stronger flowery lilac, rose and shades of blue.
