Navigating weather these days requires a thoughtful wardrobe and the ability to fuse practicality and style. This collection is designed to work anywhere – beach, desk, dinner, and holiday party, and sets a tone for a clear transition from fall to spring (October to May).

Several pieces, notably the circle caftan, triangle top and rectangle dress, are developed from Maria’s original principles of taking fundamental geometric shapes and transforming them into deceptively simple garments based on sophisticated cuts and angles.

In further celebration of Zero’s 25th anniversary, this season’s silk Deyoung print is a re-issue of an original print from 2013 and reimagined in a new colorway in addition to the original. The print is derived from a photo taken by Maria at the de Young Museum in San Francisco, California.

The organic cotton eco denim has become a perennial favorite for effortless essentials like the curved eda culotte and fin gaban shirt. Our black denim is a Cradle 2 Cradle Certified™ Gold fabric; Cradle 2 Cradle is a non-profit organization that helps brands optimize designing and making products that enable a healthy and sustainable future.

The eco cashmere’s recycled yarn is created through an innovative process using excess cashmere fibers that are usually discarded during the production process.

The luxe velvet is soft, lightweight and bears an iridescent sheen that highlights the vibrant colors (purple, orange and brown) of the collection.

As always, the focus is on responsible design – so sustainable textiles are used when possible and fabrics are predominantly washable.

Zero is proud to be certified MADE IN NEW YORK and to support our local economy with 80% of this collection produced in New York City while shoes and knits are made in small family-owned factories overseas.
